APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Referrals are accepted from Nashville Defenders, indigent persons, their family and friends, counsel of indigent persons, and Davidson County Sheriff's Office.

Total bail is $10,000 or less.
-
The person is being held in jail on a Davidson County case.
-
The person has no holds or other outstanding warrants.
